Terrible communication from the start

I emailed Bianca several times after we made the reservation. I told her we would be traveling a couple of weeks before getting to Tel Aviv and asked for details because we were going to arrive very late to the place. She totally ignored my requests. Up until late the day before our planned arrival I had to keep emailing her before she finally gave us the information. The electricity went out in the bedroom and we asked for help since we both use cpaps and not using them puts our health at risk. NO RESPONSE, but that didn't mean she didn't contact me asking for my passport and visa the night before checkout when I was busy. (I booked a 3 night stay). The place was bare and depressing.
