De belles grandes chambres et beau salon bien meublés; bien confortables. Literie propre aussi. Une belle petite terrasse avec meubles de jardin. Une cuisine bien équipée: hotte de cuisine, cuisinière, lave-vaisselle, vaisselles, cafetière, plusieurs outils de cuisine. Même un barbecue, bien que désuet, il fonctionnait bien avec quelques outils de bricoleur sous la main et nous nous en sommes servis plusieurs fois; très appréciée. Laveuse et sécheuse (payante): 2$ pas vraiment cher, mais pourrait être gratuit. Au niveau de la propreté, c'est le plancher qui n'était pas propre (mais nous avions un balai et avons demandé une moppe pour laver le plancher), les électroménagers qui auraient pu être propres davantage. Mais dans l'ensemble, on est vraiment content de notre séjour et on y retournerait si le coût était moins élevé. Réponse très rapide du propriétaire si question. WOW, très appréciée!

Great location!

Apartment was close to the beach, the pier and a short walk to downtown Old Orchard Beach business district. Apartment was as its described. I would suggest a blind in kitchen. I felt like the other apartment people were staring into our apartment. There were always a group of people in the parking lot smoking all times of the day.. When we arrived we did not know which side of the building to park on. We pulled in and parked. A woman standing in parking lot with a come of guys started cussing at us.. One of the guys walked up to our car quickly, I wasn't sure what was happening. He introduced himself as the property manager and told us park on other side the building. We had noother conversations with that guy. On Wednesday evening of our stay we turned in early. I got up in middle of the night and there were flashlights shining in our front door and heard male voices. We hollered that there are people in here and they ran around side building. We kept watching to see and we saw the property manager and another guy running around in the dark with ball bats. We weren't sure what was going on. Really weird and scary. Just an odd stay for us.
