The Space:
Snow settles softly across Blackcomb Mountain as you step inside, boots by the door and warmth rising from the fireplace. Outside, winter air drifts across the patio while steam curls from the hot tubs nearby, and the quiet of the slopes sets the pace for unhurried mornings and cozy evenings. From this slopeside setting, mountain days begin and end with ease.
Living space
This entire condo is designed for up to four guests, offering a comfortable and practical base for Whistler adventures in every season. Vaulted ceilings and tall windows bring in natural light and frame the surrounding mountain setting, while the living area invites you to settle in after a day outdoors. Sink into the seating with a warm drink, watch TV, or unwind beside the gas fireplace during the colder months.
Sleeping arrangements
The layout includes two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The primary bedroom features a king bed, television, and an ensuite bathroom with a bathtub and overhead shower. A second bedroom offers two twin beds with convenient access to a separate bathroom with a glass-enclosed shower. Bed linens, extra pillows, and blankets are provided for added comfort.
Kitchen and dining
A full kitchen supports easy meals at home, whether you are preparing breakfast before first tracks or a relaxed dinner after a long day outside. The dining table seats six, creating a comfortable space to gather, plan the next day’s route, or linger over a shared meal. The private patio is just beyond, offering outdoor space with pool views and a BBQ grill when conditions allow.
Outdoor living and shared amenities
Located in the Aspens complex at the base of Blackcomb Mountain, the condo offers ski-in/ski-out access, weather permitting. A short walk to Merlin’s Run connects you directly to the Blackcomb Gondola and Magic Chair. After skiing or snowshoeing, ease tired muscles in the outdoor heated pool or shared hot tubs, or keep up your routine in the on-site gym. Secure ski and bike storage is available within the building.

You’ll have high-speed Wi-Fi, a dedicated workspace, self check-in with a smart lock, and elevator access to this single-level home with no stairs inside. Free street parking is available, along with a paid parking garage space on the premises.
Neighborhood
Set at the base of Blackcomb Mountain, this location balances slopeside quiet with easy access to Whistler’s Upper Village. A 10-minute walk or quick ride on the free village shuttle brings you to cafés, restaurants, and shops, while the surrounding trails and lifts keep you closely connected to the mountain throughout the winter season.
Disclaimer: Ski access is dependent on weather and snow conditions, and may vary each season. Typically, ski access is available from late December to late March. Our Guest Services team can confirm snow levels before your arrival upon request.
Guest Access:
Guests will have full, private access to the residence, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the patio or balcony. One designated parking space is provided in the underground parkade, along with access to the building amenities, including the heated outdoor pool, hot tubs, fitness centre, and ski concierge services.

The Aspens is a true ski-in/ski-out complex nestled near the base of Blackcomb Mountain, offering unparalleled access to the slopes. Guests can enjoy the convenience of a short walk or free shuttle ride to the Upper Village, where a variety of dining, shopping, and entertainment options await.

• Free Village Shuttle: A 2-minute walk down the complex road, turn right onto Spearhead Drive, the bus stop will be on the left going downhill
Other Things to Note:
• No in-suite laundry. Shared washer and dryer facilities are available within the building.
• Summer pool & hot tub hours. The main shared pool and hot tubs will be open from 10 am–10 pm daily. The hot tubs near the gym will be open 10 am–10 pm daily.
• Winter pool & hot tub hours. The main shared pool and hot tubs will be open from 2 pm–10 pm daily. The hot tubs near the gym will be open 10 am–10 pm daily.
• Pay parking. Overnight parking is an additional $26 / night.
• No air conditioning. Fans are supplied for all bedrooms
• Strictly no parties or events. To respect our neighbors, we have a strict no-party policy in this home
• Quiet hours. Whistler municipal bylaw states that quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am
• No smoking on the premises. This includes patios, decks, and hot tub
• Not pet-friendly. No pets are permitted in this home
