The second bedroom includes a king-split bed with access via a pocket door and is paired with an adjacent bathroom that has a spa-style bathtub with jacuzzi jets and a shower.

A shared hot tub in the complex offers a soothing retreat after skiing or snowshoeing and is closed April-October 2025. Free parking is available in the garage as well as on the street, and the home includes a private entrance.

• No smoking on the premises. This includes patios, decks, and hot tubs. The Blackcomb Greens complex and grounds are 100% smoke-free

• Not pet-friendly. No pets are permitted in this home
