Former Sr Corp VP with 3 of the Largest International Insurance Companies, I specialized in the Entertainment Industry in most recent years before retirement. I have traveled extensively in the USA and abroad and continue to do so. This is our PERSONAL home, which we make available for rental when we travel to CA.
It is a very well-kept home, with many upscale additions including a fully equipped Kitchen with Calphalon Pots and pans, and many small appliances usually not found in rentals.
The Bathrooms have upscale tile and vanities, there are ceiling lights and fans with dimmer capabilities throughout the home. and all rooms g=have room darkening curtains and/or shades.
Three smart TVs are located in the Great Room, the Primary Bedroom, and in large Blue Guest Room.
An extensive library of books, music, and watchable DVDs is available. The Blue Guest room dresser drawer has a collection of children's books.
A bocci ball is set in the front hall closet for outdoor use is available.
There is a dedicated workspace in the corner of the Blue Guest room, which has a computer and a printer.
An extra-long double driveway is available for parking your vehicles.
A laundry room with a washer and dryer is within the home and available for your use during your stay.

SUPPER ACCESSIBLE TO ALL BOURBON TRAIL LOCATIONS. Near Martha Collins/Blue Grass Freeways right off #150 near my Old Kentucky Home and State Park. This Fully equipped 3-bedroom home with all kitchen appliances, laundry room, washer, and dryer is a gem. All appliances in the home are upscale and fairly new.
The home is situated on a one-third-acre lot backing on a wildness preserve. There is a patio with furniture and a propane BBQ for your enjoyment. The extra-long driveway holds at least 4 automobiles. It is also remarkably close to the major freeways and an easy distance from both the Louisville and Lexington, KY airports.

1 Story Home 3 BR/2 BA, on a Large Lot/Yard, MASTER BEDROOM has a King Size Extra Long Bed with Sterns & Foster Mattress and includes an ensuite Bathroom and a very large walk-in closet. The LARGE BLUE GUEST ROOM with Queen size Bed and antique waterfall furniture has a dedicated workstation, while the 3rd bedroom Green & White contains 2 XL single beds.
The GREAT ROOM has Hardwood flooring & boasts a new OVERSIZED RECLINING COUCH & LOVESEAT, plus a Reading Area with two Large Comfortable Wing Back Chairs..There is a large SMART TV on a bar which moves, a DVD player plus an extensive Library which includes a huge number of movie DVDs, and various other documentary and music DVDs for your enjoyment. Also a large Book Library.
The KITCHEN, DINING, and bathrooms all are fully tiled. ALL ROOMS have Ceiling Fans and most are in "Tray" style ceilings. FULL Laundry Room with Washer and Dryer. PLUS large backyard with Patio and Propane BBQ unit.
COFFEE & TEA (decaf & regular), and various boxed kinds of CEREAL including instant organic oatmeal packages are provided. EXTRA LINENS, including oversized bath sheets along with regular-sized one are provided. Extra towels & bedding, are always available if needed. Full Laundry Room, FULLY EQUIPPED KITCHEN with many extras including Cephalon Pots and Pans Dinnerware and silverware for a minimum of 6 people, assorted kitchen seasonings and condiments are available.
HANDICAPPED ACCESSIBLE STAIRS can be accessed from the garage, but at this time there is NO parking of vehicles INSIDE...as much of my business inventory is located there and on occasion, someone does access this area to get sold goods. None of my staff enters the home WITHOUT prior notice.
