The Space:

Morning light filters through vaulted windows as the views stretches out beyond your balcony, quiet and snow-dusted in the winter stillness. Inside, the warmth of the indoor fireplace draws everyone together after a day on the slopes or a brisk walk along the Valley Trail. With three levels of space to spread out, you can settle into a slower pace - boots off, shower on, dinner simmering in the kitchen.

Set across three levels, this townhouse offers an open-concept main living area with vaulted ceilings, picture windows, and a comfortable sectional for relaxed evenings. A large TV with cable makes it easy to unwind indoors, while the mudroom on the lower level adds a practical touch with space for jackets, gear, and snowy boots.



Kitchen & dining

The fully equipped kitchen is designed for shared meals and easy mornings, with stainless steel appliances, marble countertops, and a breakfast bar overlooking the living room. Gather around the dining table with seating for eight, whether you’re fueling up before first chair or lingering over a cozy dinner after exploring Whistler. In-suite laundry adds convenience for longer stays, with a washer and dryer right in the unit.

The primary bedroom on the main level features a queen bed, deck access, and a TV with cable. Its en-suite bathroom includes a jetted bath and glass-enclosed shower. Upstairs, a secondary bedroom offers a queen bed, balcony views , and its own en-suite bathroom with a glass-enclosed shower. The third bedroom features a king-split bed with a frosted window overlooking the living room, while the fourth bedroom includes a twin bunk bed and a desk. A shared bathroom serves the upper-level bedrooms.

Guest Access:

Guests will have full, private access to the residence, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the patio or balcony. One designated parking space is provided in the underground parkade. Check-in is contactless, with entry provided via a unique door code. Detailed check-in instructions will be sent prior to arrival.

• Quiet hours. Whistler municipal bylaw states that quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am

• No smoking on the premises. This includes patios, decks, and hot tubs

• Not pet-friendly. No pets are permitted in this home.

• The Gleneagles complex and grounds are 100% smoke-free
