The Space:

Inside, the warmth of the indoor fireplace draws everyone together after a day on the slopes or a brisk walk along the Valley Trail. With three levels of space to spread out, you can settle into a slower pace - boots off, shower on, dinner simmering in the kitchen.

The fully equipped kitchen is designed for shared meals and easy mornings, with stainless steel appliances, marble countertops, and a breakfast bar overlooking the living room. In-suite laundry adds convenience for longer stays, with a washer and dryer right in the unit.

The third bedroom features a king-split bed with a frosted window overlooking the living room, while the fourth bedroom includes a twin bunk bed and a desk. A shared bathroom serves the upper-level bedrooms.

Guest Access:
Guests will have full, private access to the residence, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the patio or balcony. One designated parking space is provided in the underground parkade. Check-in is contactless, with entry provided via a unique door code. Detailed check-in instructions will be sent prior to arrival.

• Not pet-friendly. No pets are permitted in this home.
• The Gleneagles complex and grounds are 100% smoke-free
