The Space:

Mornings begin with crisp alpine light streaming through large windows before you step out toward the slopes for a day on the mountain. This townhome in Whistler’s Benchlands neighborhood places ski access and inviting gathering spaces at the heart of your stay.
Sleeping arrangements
Painted Cliff 35 offers three bedrooms and two bathrooms across two levels, comfortably sleeping up to six guests. The upper level features the primary bedroom with a king bed, walk-in closet, step-out balcony, and ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and bathtub-shower combination. On the main level, the second bedroom includes a king split bed that can be configured as one king or two twins and has access to a full bathroom with a glass-enclosed shower. The third bedroom also offers a king split bed, along with a closet, dresser, and TV.
Living space
The open-concept main level is designed for gathering after a day outdoors. Large picture windows frame mountain views and fill the space with natural light, while comfortable seating surrounds the indoor fireplace. A dedicated workspace and high-speed wifi allow you to stay connected if needed.
Kitchen & dining
The fully equipped kitchen includes stainless steel appliances and everything needed to prepare meals at home. A dining table seats six, creating an easy space to share breakfast before skiing or unwind together in the evening.
Outdoor living & amenities
A private deck extends off the main level and includes outdoor furniture and a BBQ. Guests also have access to a shared hot tub within the complex for a relaxing soak after time on the slopes. Additional conveniences include in-unit washer and dryer, a private entrance, designated mudroom with gear storage, secure underground parking for one vehicle, and self check-in with keypad.
Ski access
When conditions allow, a short walk from the complex connects you to Merlin’s Run for convenient ski access.
Disclaimer: Ski access is dependent on weather and snow conditions, and may vary each season. Typically, ski access is available from late December to late March. Our Guest Services team can confirm snow levels before your arrival upon request.
Guest Access:
Guests will have full, private access to the residence, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the patio or balcony. One designated parking space is provided in the underground parkade, along with access to the complex’s outdoor hot tub. Check-in is fully contactless, with entry provided via a unique door code. Detailed check-in instructions will be sent prior to arrival.

Tucked into the forested slopes of Blackcomb Mountain, Painted Cliff offers a serene ski-in/ski-out setting just minutes from the heart of Whistler. The peaceful location blends alpine seclusion with easy access to cafés, après-ski lounges, and the vibrant atmosphere of Whistler Village.

• 25-minute walk or 5-minute drive to Fresh Street grocery store
• 15-minute walk to Upper Village
• 15-minute walk to Chateau Fairmont Golf Course

• 2-minute walk to the Free Upper Village Shuttle #5 - exit the Painted Cliff complex, cross the road, and the shuttle stop is on your right-hand side, bringing you to both mountain bases and Whistler Village
Other Things to Note:
• Stairs. You are required to climb approximately 12 stairs to enter this home
• No air conditioning. Fans are supplied for all bedrooms
• Strictly no parties or events. To respect our neighbors, we have a strict no-party policy in this home
• Quiet hours. Whistler municipal bylaw states that quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am
• No smoking on the premises. This includes patios, decks, and hot tubs
• Not pet-friendly. No pets are permitted in this home
