Sleeping arrangements
Painted Cliff 35 welcomes up to six guests across three inviting bedrooms and two bathrooms. The upper level features the primary bedroom with a king bed, walk-in closet, and private balcony, along with an ensuite bathroom that includes a single vanity and a bathtub-shower combination. On the main level, one bedroom offers a king split bed that can be arranged as a single king or two twins, with access to a full bathroom featuring a glass-enclosed shower. A third bedroom also has a king split bed, a closet, dresser, and TV with cable, creating a comfortable space for rest and relaxation after a day on the mountain.
Outdoor living
Large picture windows frame sweeping mountain views and fill the interior with natural light. Step out onto the private deck to take in the surrounding scenery, where you can fire up the BBQ or unwind with a drink while the alpine air refreshes you. After a full day exploring Whistler’s trails or slopes, enjoy a soothing soak in the shared hot tub located within the complex, the perfect way to ease tired muscles and reflect on the day’s adventures.

Ski access
When snow conditions allow, ski-in/ski-out access is just a short walk from the front door. A 30-second stroll along the complex driveway connects you to Merlin’s Run, a Green Line trail that leads directly to the Blackcomb Gondola and Magic Chair. This convenient access is typically available from late December through March, allowing you to maximize your time on the slopes.
Amenities and conveniences
The townhome includes high-speed WiFi, a designated mudroom with bench and gear storage, in-suite laundry with detergent, and secure underground parking for one vehicle, with limited additional guest spaces available on a first come, first serve basis. Bike storage is provided in the underground garage, and guests should bring their own lock. Essentials such as towels, bed linens, bathroom amenities, and extra pillows and blankets are included. Safety features include a smoke alarm, carbon monoxide alarm, and fire extinguisher, while self check-in with a keypad ensures a smooth and easy arrival.

Detailed check-in instructions will be sent prior to arrival.

• Stairs. You are required to climb approximately 12 stairs to enter this home
• No air conditioning. Fans are supplied for all bedrooms
• Strictly no parties or events. To respect our neighbors, we have a strict no-party policy in this home
• Quiet hours. Whistler municipal bylaw states that quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am
• No smoking on the premises. This includes patios, decks, and hot tubs
• Not pet-friendly. No pets are permitted in this home
