Our beautiful home is located in the heart of East Nashville. Whether driving or walking, we are minutes from Five Points, Downtown/SoBro, Lockeland Springs, Inglewood, Midtown and the Gulch.

Very comfortable stay, comfortable beds, kitchen stocked w/ all supplies. Loved the walkability of East Nashville and all of its charm, shops and restaurants. Short drive to Broadway and airport.

Great place in a great location

We came for a concert at Nissan. Enjoyed the place very much - it’s well cared for and located in a trendy neighborhood. We would certainly stay here again if we come back to Nashville!

Bachelor Weekend in East Nashville

The house was great for the 4 of us who went on the trip. East Nashville is within walking distance of the house and has lots of great restaurants that we were able to try. Parking in front of the house was very convenient and easy. I highly recommend this location and VRBO to anyone going on a trip!

plenty of space, great outdoors area - the location can't be beat. You can walk to 5 points where there are dozens of restaurant and shops.Vui's Kitchen @ Hunter's Station is a must, Dino's for late night cheeseburger and hot dog ALSO required. 6 minute Uber to downtown/Broadway

Great property!

Perfect location to walk everywhere in 5 points area. Amazing restaurants and bars nearby. We didn’t need a car which is what we wanted. We’d stay at the property again. It was also one of the cleanest properties we’ve ever rented through vrbo!

Wonderful Location and Terrific Stay

We really enjoyed our stay in Lockland Springs. Terrific location!! The place was super comfortable (even during unseasonably cold weather) and convenient to the restaurants and vintage stores we wanted to visit. Easy check in and out. The property manager is a gem!! Thank you!!

We were warmly welcomed by the property manager when we arrived and given a tour of the place. The best part about staying here was the location. We loved the location, since it was close to downtown and near other shopping and restaurants in the Five Point area. The cleanliness was fairly good, minus needing some dusting and a little more attention to detail in cleaning the bathroom. We were told that a group of guys had stayed there before us, and I could tell because there was some beard hairs in the sink and hair also on a couple washcloths still. The bedrooms were made up nicely and bedding was clean. The kitchen was stocked with most of what we needed to make food. The only thing it could've used was a toaster. Last but not least is the hot tub. While we enjoyed using it, we wish it would've allowed us to set the water temp higher. Also, the outdoor deck and hot tub area was full of leaves and a sticky sap residue all over, so we had to wear shoes to protect our feet and then clean our shoes off to get rid of the sticky residue. Taking everything into account, the stay here was good overall.

Property was nice and did the job for a Nashville trip. Host was very accommodating on arrival but did not answer messages prior. Property claimed bunk beds but did not have them as they broke the week prior and we were not notified. The fire alarms went off every time we attempted to cook anything since the oben was dirty. Leftover clothes were found around beds from prior renters.

We had a wonderful time exploring Nashville and we loved our stay in this VRBO. Everything was as described. The unit was Super clean and Willie was wonderful to work with. He had great recommendations…especially Donut Distillery! The neighborhood was walkable and had a lot of options. Easy Ubers to downtown area

Property was exactly as advertised. Cleaning left a little to be desired, but wasn't terrible. Nice location made for quick and cheap Ubers from the airport and downtown. I would stay here again.

Great place to be

The house was great and the process was pretty laid back. Outside was amazing. The bunk beds felt a little unsteady but they were both full size mattresses. Also the other beds were both queens, which was a pleasant surprise. The area was perfect and there were a lot of interesting things to do around. Overall a really great experience!

Pros: Willie was really easy to work with and accommodating. Location is in a good spot. Hot tub works well and holds temp. Cons: The pictures make it look a lot bigger than it is. The bedrooms basically only have room for a bed in them and it’s hard to walk around. There’s no dressers or hangers to put clothes in so you have to live out of a suitcase in the living room. You have to buy your own; garbage bags, laundry detergent, dryer sheets and some cooking utensils.

Fantastic experience!

We rented this for a group of four to celebrate a birthday. It is so close to food and bars. We were able to get downtown easily (I would suggest an Uber to save money on parking). It was comfy and extremely well decorated. We felt at home. Willie, the property manager, was the absolute best. He was hospitable and so kind. We would stay here any time!

Great place, wouldn't recommend walking

This is a great house. 3 Bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. The outdoor area is more than sufficient. You can absolutely walk to Aldi/Kroger. Beyond that, you'll want to take Uber/Lyft.
