The home is light filled and roomy, with a great yard for the kids. A three minute walk down the drive will get you to a beautiful west coast beach, and all the sunsets you should ever need. There's also a kid friendly restaurant (Spaghetti House) about 20 metres away. Everything is handy, buses, car hire... the beach.

Philigra House is ideal for a small family on a budget, visiting the island for specials events at the Edgewater next door or just to escape the real world.
