Great cabin for our weekend getaway! Comfortable and well-kept with a focus on function - everything we needed for our stay (although a cutting board would be a nice addition). Mattresses were comfortable and the linens were fresh. The loft was easy to access via a super-sturdy ladder. Loved the Blackstone for prepping meals in the outdoor kitchen / dining area! Deanna was super-quick to respond to questions - A communication. We'd would definitely stay again!

We enjoyed our stay at the cabin. We were in the area visiting family and only stayed there to rest and sleep. It was cozy with 3 adults. The location was perfect for using the cabin to launch a boat at the nearby boat ramp and a dollar general at the top of the street.

Deanna is an outstanding host. She was lighting quick to respond to any inquiries both ahead of and during our stay, and the accommodations were excellent. Couldn’t ask for a better home base while in town to fish. She seems to vet her guests well too, our neighbors were awesome. Will certainly book again!

We are Don and Deanna Burns from Townville, SC and have lived here all of our lives. Don is an avid hunter & fisherman and had the great idea of building cabins for folks that would like to visit Hartwell lake and have a secure boat storage. Why they chose this property

We chose the neighborhood to build our cabins in because it's in an ideal location. It's within walking distance to Lake Hartwell and just 1/4 of a mile to the nearest and largest boat ramp, Broyle's Landing. It's also just 5 miles to Green Pond landing, where the majority of fishing tournaments are held.

What makes this property unique

Very short distance (1/4 mile) to Hartwell Lake at Broyle's Landing and Recreation Area.
Only 15 miles to Clemson, SC for the Tiger fans!
