2 bed, 2 bath, and a grand open loft with 2 Log single beds and beautiful lounge/gaming area - foosball table, game table, 50” TV, xbox360 game console and board games. Luxurious King master bedroom with extensive private balcony - rocking chairs and chair hammock for relaxation. Beautiful stone countertops throughout the cabin and an oversized rustic stone fireplace in the great room. Wireless Internet. 55” (over fireplace) and two 32" smart HDTV’s in bedrooms with surround sound, bluetooth speakers. Gorgeous dining space overlooking a rustic natural earth landscape and open to the large kitchen and living space. Large covered porch and expansive open deck with oversized firepit. Firewood provided. Lake access and private dock. Boat available for fishing.

The host was extremely welcoming and kind! They made a note to come during the day time, which we did not, and can confirm it's probably best. We arrived at night and it was a little spooky as the road is basically a one lane road leading up the mountain. Overall the place was extremely clean and well kept. The bed was comfortable and there was plenty of towels, linens, and blankets. We had an amazing stay and would definitely return if we were in the Cherry Log area again! We visited DT Blue Ridge and Elijay and highly recommend Elijay! There's a really great pizza place and great coffee shops in the area!

We cannot begin t I express how warm and welcoming our host Sheena was. She went above and beyond to make our stay a very pleasant one. She even compromised her safety traveling in the snow to bring us supplies to make sure we had what we needed . The cabin was decorated so warm and inviting. The cabin was very clean and well stocked. We haven't stopped talking about how much we enjoyed ourselves. It was so cozy. It felt like home away from home. We are truly looking forward to the next trip. Hopefully we'll be able to fish next time.

This cabin truly exceeded expectations. It was spotlessly clean and incredibly comfortable, making for a truly relaxing retreat. The views were absolutely stunning.A major highlight was the lake access and boating opportunities– it made my teenage son's his trip! We also loved the peace and quiet of being so isolated and surrounded by the forest. It was the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle.I can't wait to return to this wonderful cabin, especially in the fall to experience the changing leaves!

Perfect Getaway!

Lake Hideaway 2 is beautiful, clean and well-equipped with everything you'll need for your perfect vacation. So quiet and peaceful up on the mountain, we had a much-needed relaxing break, enjoying cooking, sitting by the fireplace and hiking the local trails. Sheena is a terrific host and on top of every detail to make your stay the best!

Wonderful retreat

We felt at home from the moment we walked in the door. We especially appreciated the cider from the owner. The place looks just as it does in the photos. It was a great place for peace and quite. We especially loved the deck and the bonfire pit. We would definitely stay again!

Beautiful cabin in Cherry Log, GA

We stayed 3 nights in this beautiful cabin and wished it could have been much longer! The cabin has great outdoor spaces and is very comfortable and cozy! Every amenity you could think of was provided in this cabin! Very thoughtful of the owner. Close to Blue Ridge and great restaurants. Def check out the Pink Pig!

The cabin was beautifully decorated. The only issue we had was the driveway being washed out making it very difficult to get in and out of the driveway. Overall can’t wait to stay again.

It’s scheduled for this weekend. **Unfortunately, the new gravel placed before we purchased the property a little over a year ago was incorrect and messed up the water flow and has rapidly washed away a portion of the driveway. The cabin was very clean, well stocked, nice view of the lake. There were lots of spiders, but in return few mosquitoes. We stayed in many cabins… the road to this cabin was just as tricky as the rest in Cherry Log. Would highly recommend

Sit Back and Relax

Serious relaxation! We spent the first two days just sitting on the porch, watching the trees and water, and listening to nature. There are also things to do in both Blue Ridge and Ellijay for fun and nearby day trips. Amicalola Falls State Park was beautiful. Many thanks to our owner/host. Definitely recommend!

Beautiful property. I would suggest arriving in the daytime for the first time up the hill, because the roads are a little narrow. No problems once you get used to them though!
