House is a 5bd and 31/2 bath, occupies up to 12 persons. ONLY 7 minutes away from downtown (Papas&Beer), in a quiet location on a hill with amazing beach view from the third floor top deck where you may also entertain and BBQ.
Rooms are spacious and there is two bedrooms with their own restrooms. there is one vehicle parking inside gated drive way and home is gated as well. remaining vehicles will have to park on street. Home is also close to plaza and market (new store La Ley) very convenient. Home entry is handicapped accessible for wheelchairs as well.

Great stay and Maria was amazing !

My friends and I loved the stay! We were very comfortable and the place was very clean. We were under the impression it was closer to downtown but apart from that it was an amazing stay!

Weekend get away

I loved my stay here the house is beautiful and the patio all the way at the top was my favorite there was no problems the neighborhood was quiet and friendly the home owner had quick and great communication and the check in process was so easy and flexible I will be returning here. Thank you Claudia and thank you to your housekeeper as well very nice and helpful lady.

home is only 7 minutes away from downtown (Papas&Beer) and shopping centers, new Market 'La Ley' near by. Property has large bedrooms and great open concept from kitchen to living room, great for entertainment along with huge 3rd floor open deck also great entertainment space. home offers full home access with basic amenities; TV/cable, Wifi, kitchen ware, clean bath towels in each restroom. Gated home with space for one vehicle parking and near by laundromat.
