This coastal inspired Parkside villa makes the perfect beach retreat! The bright living room features plenty of comfortable seating and a large flat-screen TV as well as access to the deck and screened porch. The dining area offers a table and six chairs, perfect for enjoying meals at. The fully equipped kitchen has ample cabinetry, updated appliances and offers easy access to the main living space.

The master suite has a king bed, flat-screen TV, and a private bathroom with shower/tub combo. The second bedroom features 2 twin over twin bunk beds, a flat-screen TV, and has direct access to the hall bathroom with a shower/tub combo. The screened porch features a table and chairs for six people. The back deck is a wonderful place to get some fresh air. This villa is in great proximity to Night Heron Park and the beach.

The villa is equipped with washer, dryer, and high-speed wireless internet.

Guest reservations of 3 to 21 nights come with a valuable credit to use towards beach gear rentals during your stay! The credit amount for this property is $250. You may use your credit for bicycles, beach chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, and more – the choice is yours!

During your stay on Kiawah Island, be sure to enjoy biking on the 30 miles of flat bike trails, golfing on one of five world-class courses, playing tennis, crabbing, fishing, swimming, and boating. Many families also enjoy the kids’ camp and nature programs at Night Heron Park.

Kiawah Island is about 40 minutes from historic Charleston, famous for incredible shopping, galleries, antique stores, museums, the South Carolina Aquarium, horse-drawn carriage rides, historic landmarks, and sumptuous dining.

RESERVATION PROCESS: Your reservation is not confirmed until you return the Akers Ellis Rental Agreement. This document will be sent to you via email within a few hours of making your reservation. You need to review and electronically fill out, sign, and submit the agreement within 24 hours. Once returned, Akers Ellis will collect payment and send you a reservation confirmation via email.

Nice condo

Stayed here for Father’s Day weekend with my family. The property is clean and well maintained. Plenty of towels provided. Right next to a walking/biking trail. A short walk to the beach. Nest Market and Cafe is about ~10min walk. Property Management was prompt in returning call when we called with questions. Would recommend this place.

Perfect and great location for kids!

We really enjoyed our stay here! The unit backs right up to a big soccer field and if you walk through the field there's a great playground and the Nest Market Cafe nearby for groceries and casual dining. The nearest beach access is a bike ride away or you can drive 5-10 minutes to a beach with good facilities. Oh and I recommend Frothy Beard Brewing if you're making a trip to Charleston - good beer and pizza!

Lovely island and excellent decor. It was a bit more of a walk to the beach than I realized but it was the perfect size for our family of 5. There were ants in the condo each day and I was continuously cleaning to get rid of them. It was not exceptionally clean when we arrived. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Lovely clean rental. Updated furnishings and decorations. The kitchen was well stocked and there were supplies such as foil, soap, laundry detergent to get you started. Wonderful location. Short bike ride to the beach. The bike credit was nice and the bikes were in great condition. Akers Ellis was wonderful to work with. We will rent with them again.
