The view

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The handrail to the pool stairs was down when we arrived. It was fixed during our visit.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very outdated. Sliding glass doors were dirty with what looked like children's hands. Toys and random things all over the deck. Toilet in the main bedroom, was not clean, there was something black under the seat. Silverware was just dumped in a drawer.The location and the view were amazing. This would be a great property if it had a little TLC!

Cloudy water.

Units view and location is good. There was an issue with cloudy water from the master bath. We were not comfortable washing or brushing teeth. The manager had a water test done which showed chemicals in range except for the chloride. We requested bottle water and the supplied us with a case which we noted was one year past the expiration date. Can provide photos if you’d like for this could be a serious issue
