Said to have gained its unusual name due to a cattle mishap enroute to Yarric Mountain (the hill on the southern end of Blueys Beach), locals proudly proclaim this to be one of the world’s finest beaches. Offering protected corners for those who want to watch the swell from afar, this lush stretch of coastline is framed by forest-covered headlands and nestled between Sandbar Beach to the south, and Boomerang Beach to the north.

In how many ways can you say DUMP?

In how many ways can you say DUMP? This place far exceeded that! The property shouldn’t be listed as a holiday rental instead it’s more fitting as a cell block in a prison. From the ceiling chipping to the mouldly furniture to no linens to a coach roach infestation, I think even prisons have better standards. The property management company Pacific Palms Holidays were so rude, unapologetic & ruthless too. All in all we won’t be booking any properties through Pacific Palms Holidays let alone book at this joint again!

A great location at a beautiful part of Australia. About 150 metres to the beach. The management and communication from Pacific Palms Real Estate was outstanding. Particularly given the current restrictions around COVID-19. Overall the place is very adequate but a few things required repairing and the management/landlord are not getting value out of their cleaners. I would definitely book another holiday house/unit Managed by Pacific Palms Real Estate.

This property was comfortable and neat. Really well-located walk to shops and Blueys Beach. Enjoyed our stay and would recommend.

Beautiful Boomerang Beach

Clean & close to the beach. Thought I was getting a room with a dryer. Linen not collected by cleaners before arrival but agent quick to resolve. Otherwise easy Check in process and beautiful area to stay. Good coffee and interesting food close by.
