The Court of Palms condominium, one of many gorgeous Marco Island Florida condos, is a low rise complex that’s a stunner both in style and function. Built in 1987, this condominium complex located at 781 West Elkcam Circle is just within walking distance to The Esplanade and to the tranquil Smokehouse Bay area. With just a total of 24 units, you can be sure of relaxing and peaceful days and nights every time you are here.
Aside from its proximity to Esplanade dining, shopping and entertainment, other amenities of this condo complex include a secured parking garage, a large and relaxing pool, picnic areas, shuffleboard, and a screened balcony or covered lanai for your daily dose of morning Florida sunshine. Beautiful Condo but when we arrived it was dirty, and wet clothes in the wash. Listing manager had to have cleaning crew come in. Also the window shades were broke on three windows.
