Come watch the boats pass and dolphins play with boat slips, boat/trailer parking, pools, grills, Ole River Beach, and gulf beach access. Fully furnished with a queen in the master bedroom, two double beds in the second bedroom, and a pull out couch with an upgraded tempur-pedic memory foam queen mattress. ***Effective May 1st, parking passes must be purchased online through HOA Website at $50 per pass per stay plus applicable fees. Parking instructions will be sent upon booking. Boat slip / Boat yard fee is $50 per day or $300 per week and not included with rental. Guests must register and get boat passes at Waves Association Managements office. It is recommended to call and get the boat spot as soon as booked but min of 7 days in advance to confirm spot.
