About this property

This pet Friendly unit is a short walk to the finest beach in the country. Just voted #1 again by Conde Nast Traveler as the best Island in America. Our newly renovated villa in the heart of Hilton Head is your home away from home. Come and relax in our spacious 3 Bed/3 Bath Pet Friendly (Maximum of 2 Dogs, under 50 lbs. each, no cats $195 per dog) condo in Ocean Breeze . This villa has access to 3 onsite pools and free tennis courts.
Everything you need is here including the "HH Island Rentals Advantage" including 4 beach chairs, a beach cart, beach towels and new kitchen amenities, salt, pepper, cooking spray and season salt.

The beautiful 2 story villa has plenty of space to relax and unwind. The downstairs Queen bedroom has a private full bath. Upstairs has a private King bedroom with its own full bath. The 3rd bedroom has 2 Twin and also its own private full bath. The villa also comes with beach chairs and cart and a variety of beach toys.

The Villa is just a 8-9 minute walk to one of Hilton Head Island's finest beaches on South Forest beach.

The Villa is location is about 1 mile from Coligny Plaza which has wonderful shops, restaurants and cafes. Coligny Beach has changing facilities, dancing waters for the kids and easy access to the beach connected by the many bike trails on the Island.

Ocean Breeze has three pools on-site, one just across the parking lot from our unit as well as tennis courts on site, all of which are complimentary during your stay.

For the golfer, HHI offers many courses including Sea Pines just a short drive away. Miniature golf is also available on the Island.

Pools are open from April 1 through October 31 and are not heated.

Sweet and simple, peaceful place

Beautiful 13 minute walk to the beach. Beautiful trees, this unit was great for our family. Bring your own coffee filters and paper towels.

We had a fantastic time in Hilton head with no small part being the house we chose. The unit was as advertised with plenty of space, and a very well equipped kitchen. Bathrooms were spotless, and water pressure was great. No issues with the Wi-Fi either. Location wise, it can’t be easier. Very close to beaches, walking distance to bike rental, and a super short drive to some shops and a bunch of restaurants. Lastly, communication with the manager was quick and easy. He was very responsive and accommodating. We definitely recommend staying at this property.
