The large eat in kitchen with center island is well-stocked for cooking in or grilling out on the gas grill. The spacious and open living room has a large sectional sofa and 2 chairs and is adjacent to the den with additional seating and a small desk, ideal for working remotely or just catching up on emails.

The Villa sleeps up to 6 very comfortably with 3 bedrooms and a den that easily converts to a 4th bedroom with a full sofa bed.

Third Bedroom with 2 Twin beds.

Full bath with tub/shower combination in upstairs hall and first floor powder room.

Amenities include WiFi, 3 flat screen Smart TVs (Hulu + Live TV provided), central air, ceiling fans in all 3 bedrooms, full size washer/dryer, gas grill, hair dryers, iron and toiletries (hand soap, shampoo/conditioner).

We provide ample supplies for your stay, including all linens, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent, trash bags, sponge, paper towels and 2 rolls of toilet paper per bath. The kitchen is well stocked with spices, salt/pepper, foil/saran wrap, coffee filters, pots and pans for cooking.

We will send you a link to our digital guidebook about 3 months before you arrive, which provides tons of information on the villa and things to do in the area, including beaches, restaurants and activities.

Guests of Villa del Sol have use of the community pool which is reserved for Harbormaster owners and guests.

LOCATION
Villa del Sol is approximately 1.5 miles to the beach and is a short bike ride or drive to either Coligny Beach or Shipyard Beach Club, both of which provide free parking. Please note that your Shipyard gate pass provides parking at the Shipyard Beach Club in summer months for one car only.

Villa del Sol is close to restaurants and shopping at Coligny Plaza, but set in a peaceful and park like setting with lots of greenery and open spaces to enjoy. Sit on the deck and watch the wildlife including turtles, deer, and many species of birds. Bike to the beach on the scenic bike trails that are right outside your door or take a short stroll to the community pool that overlooks the golf course. Guests also have access to the Shipyard Golf facilities as well as the famous Van Der Meer Tennis Complex.

With 4 separate sleeping areas, Villa del Sol is well equipped to accommodate groups of golfers, as well as families or groups looking to enjoy all the island has to offer.
