This is a ultra modern apartment with Floor to ceiling windows throughout. Furnished with the luxury furniture from high end stores. Close proximity to shopping, entertainment, supermarket and beach. It has been completely renovated inside of the apartment. However outside of the apartment there is currently construction being done on the exterior of the building this is causing balconies to be closed.
