Brand new, fully renovated, private, two bedroom two bathroom, self contained unit in the lower level of the house. Bright, spacious, open plan kitchen and living room & master ensuite bath with Jacuzzi tub. The private entrance to the unit is from the side of the house. There are about 12 stairs that lead you down to the unit. There is a Smart TV in the living room and a TV with access to Netflix and YouTube (via chromecast) in the master bedroom. The ensuite master bathroom has an oversized air jet Jacuzzi tub as a hygienic alternative to a whirlpool while providing you with the same spa like experience to relieve you off the stresses of life.
Located in a classy and safe part of Etobicoke, across the Islington Golf Club and minutes to Echo Valley Park, Islington subway, many restaurants, shopping and highways 427, Gardiner and QEW.
