The apartment has a unique setup with a wall of windows on the back to let in plenty of light and a beautiful view of your private garden that can be used during the daytime. The layout is across 2 floors so there is plenty of room to spread out for large groups. Upon entry, conveniently located are two large bedrooms, each with private bathrooms. Downstairs, the living room welcomes you with an open layout, complete with the kitchen and laundry in the middle and last but not least, another bedroom tucked in the back with a bathroom right next to it that bing your bedroom and bathroom count to 3.

Getting down to detail, you'll find all furniture and decor to be fresh and new, beds fitted with sanitized, premium hotel quality bedding, fluffy towels in place for everyone. Bathrooms also furnished with toiletries, hair dryers. Kitchen is ready for your arrival with a Keurig coffee maker and coffee, equipped to cook and entertain the whole party.

Pets allowed but require approval and $100 additional fee applies.

Some serious things to consider:
You must be 23 years or older to rent.
Cancellations will receive 50% refund, when paid in full and 100% refund if rebooked at the same rate.
Don't even think about partying here. No more than the registered number of guests in the apartment at any time without prior written approval from the owner.
