Spacious 4-bedroom condo located inside the gated Punta Mita resort, within the highly sought-after Hacienda de Mita community. Ideal for families or groups, this luxury Punta Mita rental offers comfort, privacy, and a true resort-style experience.

Walk to Playa Anclote for swimming, surfing, and beachfront dining. Enjoy access to Punta Mita beach clubs including Kupuri, Pacifico, St. Regis, Sufi, and El Surf Club. A 6-passenger golf cart is included for easy access throughout the resort.

Hacienda de Mita features a private beach club and oceanfront pool directly in front of the community. Concierge service is included to assist with airport transportation, excursions, and reservations. Daily housekeeping (Mon–Sat) included.

Please note: A one-time Punta Mita HOA resort fee is required for access to beach clubs and amenities. This fee is paid directly to the HOA prior to arrival.
Maximum occupancy: 8 guests (HOA enforced, regardless of age).

Punta Mita getaway

The condo was beautiful, huge and spotless. Great location and membership to all beach clubs which was key. Lauren, the property manager, was very responsive and the cooking/cleaning staff was great as well. I highly recommend!

Great location, beautiful views. The bunk bed room is also the laundry room. storage room and keeps all the cleaning supplies. All the closets were locked, so no where to unpack your suitcase except three small drawers. The top bunk mattress was very short, does not accommodate a teen. We had mixed pricing from the concierge on several occasions.

We do want to clarify that all pricing related to the property and included amenities is clearly outlined prior to booking. Any additional fees associated with the HOA or beach clubs are managed by third parties and, unfortunately, are outside of our control. Regarding the bunk bed room, this space is presented in both the listing description and photos as a smaller, bonus-style room. Bunk beds are intentionally designed for more compact accommodations, typically suited for children or additional guests rather than as a primary bedroom. We always aim to provide an experience that accurately reflects what is shown and always have clear communication with guests.

Excellent Punta Mita get a way

Clean, spacious and well appointed home. Many amenities (shampoo/conditioner, dish soap, laundry detergent, hair dryers, daily house cleaning, pool towels, etc). Use of golf cart was very appreciated to go to various beach clubs, restaurants and stores). Concierge team at Hacienda de Mita was very accommodating and helpful. Would highly recommend!

Fantastic!

Really nice location & condo. Property manager was helpful & responsive. Only complaint is we ran out of hot water daily with 8 at the condo. We would stay here again

Girlfriends trip

We had a fantastic time. Enjoyed this spacious home which accommodated 5 of us Very comfortably. I recommend having a chef for at least one meal. Massage services arw also very nice. Lauren is an excellent host and was readily available to answer questions and assist with scheduling other services. My favorite place was the amazing outdoor patio with comfortable sofas and chairs ! Love sitting there for morning coffee and evening sunset.

Amazing vacation!

This was our first trip to Punta Mita and we had no idea what to expect. It was beautiful. The condo was so amazing and the daily cleaner was so helpful and kind. The entire condo was beautifully furnished and emasculate with large rooms and storage for everything. Amazing food in town - we will absolutely come again!

Awesome vacation getaway!

Took my family of five to Punta Mita for weeks vacation and enjoyed the property immensely. The condo is open and airy and beautifully decorated. Close to town and all the Beach Clubs. We had the pool all to ourselves when we were not down at the beach. You are within 5 minutes on the golf cart to most everything in Punta Mita and Erica makes the best guacamole and salsa in town! Highly recommend the property for a beautiful and relaxing vacation.
