Just a short walk to Playa Anclote, guests are perfectly positioned to enjoy swimming, surfing, and beachside dining. The condo also offers convenient access to Punta Mita’s celebrated beach clubs, including Kupuri, Pacifico, St. Regis Sea Breeze, Sufi, and El Surf Club, all easily reached by bike or golf cart.
A 6-passenger golf cart is included with your stay.
Hacienda de Mita features its own private beach club and oceanfront pool, located directly in front of the community—ideal for laid-back beach days, family time, and sunset views.
A dedicated concierge is available to assist with airport transportation, excursions, restaurant reservations, and personalized recommendations. Daily housekeeping (Monday–Saturday) is included, ensuring a seamless and relaxing stay from arrival to departure.

Punta Mita getaway

The condo was beautiful, huge and spotless. Great location and membership to all beach clubs which was key. Lauren, the property manager, was very responsive and the cooking/cleaning staff was great as well. I highly recommend!

Excellent Punta Mita get a way

Clean, spacious and well appointed home. Many amenities (shampoo/conditioner, dish soap, laundry detergent, hair dryers, daily house cleaning, pool towels, etc). Use of golf cart was very appreciated to go to various beach clubs, restaurants and stores). Concierge team at Hacienda de Mita was very accommodating and helpful. Would highly recommend!

Really nice location & condo. Property manager was helpful & responsive. Only complaint is we ran out of hot water daily with 8 at the condo. We would stay here again

Girlfriends trip

We had a fantastic time. Enjoyed this spacious home which accommodated 5 of us Very comfortably. I recommend having a chef for at least one meal. Massage services arw also very nice. Lauren is an excellent host and was readily available to answer questions and assist with scheduling other services. My favorite place was the amazing outdoor patio with comfortable sofas and chairs ! Love sitting there for morning coffee and evening sunset.

Amazing vacation!

This was our first trip to Punta Mita and we had no idea what to expect. It was beautiful. The condo was so amazing and the daily cleaner was so helpful and kind. The entire condo was beautifully furnished and emasculate with large rooms and storage for everything. Amazing food in town - we will absolutely come again!

Awesome vacation getaway!

Took my family of five to Punta Mita for weeks vacation and enjoyed the property immensely. The condo is open and airy and beautifully decorated. Close to town and all the Beach Clubs. We had the pool all to ourselves when we were not down at the beach. You are within 5 minutes on the golf cart to most everything in Punta Mita and Erica makes the best guacamole and salsa in town! Highly recommend the property for a beautiful and relaxing vacation.
