Noraville Summer House

This family holiday house is in a great location only a couple of minutes drive from Cabbage Tree Boat Ramp and Norah Head Beach.

The house has 4 good sized bedrooms and a large fully enclosed yard. Its great for families to getaway for a beach escape.

Large living areas with 2 separate living spaces, the accommodation includes, air conditioning in the lounge area, extra shower and toilet in the laundry, dishwasher, large screen TV, off street parking and large yard.

We supply all linen and towels, BYO beach towels.

Was a lovely house. But when we arrived all the bins were full and out the front so we had to put our rubbish in the park bin across the road. None of the fan remotes worked, the tvs had no antenna stations and a couple didn’t even have power points to plug into. Overall was a nice house would stay again and the host was easy to contact

House Good but quick to take damage deposit

We enjoyed our stay and the house was in good condition. The kitchen is a little old but had everything we needed. We were disappointed that $35 damage deposit was taken for leaving clean pots to dry on draining board!! (Note - message said we also left rubbish and dirty pots - neither of which true). Amount wasn't much but we we're surprised at pettiness.

Great space for families

While the location and house was perfect for our needs we did find a few little things a little underwhelming that we wished wasn't the case. The room with the queen bed had pillows but no covers nor towels for our guest. The door on the toilet is broken and therefore it cannot be closed or locked. These are few simple fixes but would have made out experience much better.

Property has plenty of room and is as good as / better than the photos indicate. We had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. The property was great value and the location was good too (the area is fantastic). Thank you very much!

Cold, dark and dirty

Check in process was painful, have to log into some random website and upload drivers license and credit card. Received emails and messages about all the extra cleaning charges only to fine half sucked cookies on the floor in one of the rooms, pans were dirty. BBQ was gross. Sent a photo of the filthy BBQ and didn’t get a reply. Not even a roll of toilet paper in the place on checkin. Advertised as having AC but it does not work. Advertised as having 3 TVs but none of them worked because there was no TV reception. There was a few bootleg DVDs but the DVD player does not turn on.

Thank you for your feedback, please note that the online checkin is a PCI compliant app in which has guests confirm their identity, Unfortunatley online fraudulent activity is very common and we do require the ability to ensure we are aware of who is renting our properties. Please note PCI compliant is also used by banks and is highly secure. You are sent a confirmation email in which does instruct you what to bring Unfortunatley with the current climate and Covid we are unable to provide many items at this stage, however this was all outlined in your email you received moments after booking the property. We have checked the AC and it appears to work perfectly as do the Televisions and the Dvd player.

Home away from home

The family and I have finally found a house we will glad return to over and over again . There was a slight miscommunication upon check in with the wrong keys left for us however the location and house were everything we expected and more. Definitely will be returning !
