Christmas Vacation

Everything was amazing upon our arrival we did notice the glass door was shattered however they came out right away to fix it and checked on us daily about it… definitely give this property a 10 out of 10 my kids enjoyed EVERYTHING even my teenage boys

Beautiful Home at a Great Resort

The home was clean and looked exactly as listed online. There were a few issues with batteries in remote controls, broken toilet seats, the fruit ninja game was not working, the grill had left over rotting skin on it and the hot tub did not work. A service member came out a fixed one of the toilet seats and the remote controls. The fruit ninja game was unable to be fixed because of the part having to be ordered. The hot tub was also not able to be fixed during our stay. We bought our own grill from a local store as we were not willing to clean up the mess on the grill from the previous guest. Overall our stay was enjoyable and we would stay there again in the future.

Large Family Vacay

We loved this property! Our party of 19, 7 of which were kids, easily fit in the house without feeling like we were on top of one another. The kids spent hours swimming, playing pirates on the playset upstairs, and (their favorite) skee ball. We all traveled to the Disney parks on 4 days of our vacation. Drive time to each park was 20 to 30 minutes. The driveway seems small, but we were able to park a suburban, a minivan, a small SUV, and a sedan. Things we will bring on future visits: kitchen towels (we used extra bathroom hand towels and beach towels), hangers (to hang bathroom towels), a spatula, and measuring cups/spoons.

This was a great property for our families. 10 adults and 10 kids (from 2-18). There was more than enough to entertain this large group. The only issues that we ran into was the 1. house was not ready when we arrived and 2. the company that picks up trash does not seem to worry about leaving trash in the street if it falls out. That is an independent company so no fault of the owner. There is a little bit of maintenance that should be done to fix small things. The pool was great. The loft was fun with skeeball, fruit ninja and a toddler playhouse. The theatre room was a favorite of everyone. The two arcade games and the theatre chairs. The pool area was clean and fun. The safety fence made it enjoyable too with two little ones running around.
