This new 5-star home has an individual flair. The furnishings leave nothing to be desired. The kitchen has all the extras: fully automatic coffee machine, wine cupboard, dishwasher, fridge with large freezer component, toaster, mixer, and much more! The bathrooms are furnished in a Mediterranean style, with a large corner bathtub and a rain shower, a well-lit makeup mirror, and a hairdryer. You'll feel truly at ease here. The bedrooms are furnished with high-quality beds and mattresses, which will help you enjoy a peaceful and restful sleep in the fresh, cool mountain wind. The bedrooms are also equipped with flatscreen TVs wit DVD players. The middle of the house consists of the large, fully technologically equipped living room with a Dolby home entertainment surround sound system, flatscreen TV, and DVD player, and a fireplace. You can also head to the balcony, from where you can enjoy a glass of wine and take in the unobstructed view of the Allgäu landscape. Swimming pools: There is a water park (Aquaria) in Oberstaufen (10-minute drive away). Public pools, (heated) are available and quite close by. Please ask about our discount card. The biking experience also begins right from the house. Day trips to destinations such as Lindau, Immenstadt (Alpsee Lake) Sonthofen, Füssen, Bregrenz, Isny, Kempten, and many more - all within a short drive! The largest summer alpine coaster is a 10-minute drive away. Hearty home cooking and fine cuisine is available in our area. We highly recommend the Zum Sonnenwirt restaurant in Oberstaufen. There is also plenty of nightlife in Oberstaufen.
