DETAILS & AMENITIES....
Step through the picturesque white picket fence and onto a lovely front porch with lush, tropical vegetation all around. An inviting and spacious living area welcomes you into the home featuring the beauty of Dade County pine, captivating artwork, cozy furnishings and a flat screen TV. Beyond this area is the fully equipped kitchen with plentiful Brazilian Soapstone counter space, custom cabinetry, stainless steel appliances with a wine chiller and gas stove. Incredible natural lighting with views of the lush backyard oasis and bar seating for 4 create a happy space for meal time or a fun happy hour before a night out on the town. There is also covered outdoor dining for 4 should you choose to enjoy the evenings breeze for dinner. A powder room lies off the kitchen area for convenience. This home also has a smart house feature by use of a table that controls the temperature, TVs and home's audio. There is a security camera located across the street facing the home.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS...
Totaling 3 bedrooms, this home offers ample sleeping options which all come with full bathrooms for privacy. Upstairs you will find a queen bedroom with the bathroom just outside the room featuring a shower. The king master suite on the lower level comes with spacious closet space and an en suite full bathroom with a shower, soaking tub and double vanity sinks. A French doors leadS directly out to the outdoor deck for your morning coffee. The poolside cottage can be entered through a set of French doors into a welcoming and spacious setting with tile floors, a queen bed and en suite full bathroom with a shower. The master suite and poolside cottage come with a flat screen TVs.

OUTDOOR LIVING...
Enjoy being located on a cozy lane that is off the beaten path but close enough to walk or ride your bicycle to all that Key West has to offer. Lazy days are well spent out on the rear, covered deck relishing over the beauty of the lush vegetation surrounding the private heated lap pool featuring a soothing waterfall. An enjoyable space for curling up with a great book or grilling your fresh catch of the day to be enjoyed by all, this is the heartbeat of the home.

There is a parking for one vehicle plus a scooter and possibly a golf cart.

PETS...
Pets are considered at a max of 25 lbs and must be housebroken & well trained from furniture use--no kitties. Please check the box that you are bringing a pet when booking, AND include size, breed, and age of the pet in Comments/Special Requests.

BOOKING DATES...
This home is only available as a monthly rental (28 night min.). We prefer to book by the calendar month (first day of the month to the last). We may consider alternate dates if the calendar allows or if the owner will make an exception.

Enjoy our concierge service to assist you with planning activities for your trip, from bike/scooter/golf cart rentals to any excursion you can think of including snorkeling and sunset cruises, jet ski rentals, parasailing, kayaking, fishing, paddle boarding and much more.

CANCELLATION...
Bookings canceled at least 90 days before the start of stay will receive a 100% refund. Cancellations inside of 90 days may receive a refund if we are able to re-rent any or all of the dates of the stay. The refund amount is dependent upon the rate of the new reservation. For multi-month reservations for January through March, a refund will only be offered in the event we are able to re-rent. The refund amount is dependent upon the rate of the new reservation.

Pura Vida in Key West

We rented this beautiful property in Old Town for one month. It was a wonderful experience from the beginning to the end of our stay. Shana the property manager was very helpful with anything we needed. She responded in a timely manner and did whatever was needed. Jorge, the other property manager went over and beyond to keep the pool and grounds maintained. He’s a gem!! The house is top notch, full of great art, comfortable and was perfect for family vacation. We would definitely rent this property again! Pura Vida!!

Comfortable, Convenient, Tranquil

This home was the perfect place for us and all the guests that came and went during the month of April. It was clean, stocked with everything one would want or need and so comfortable. And the location could not have been more tranquil. Everyone who's job it was to attend to the house, yard boys, pool boys, property manager, was so kind, helpful and friendly. My only suggestion would be to put shades on the upstairs bedroom skylights to help keep it cooler up there. Also, three separate guests complained about the mattress out in the pool house cottage. You should look into replacing it. Overall, it was a perfect, comfortable sweet home.

Great home and floor plan- private oasis and beautiful porches.
