A BEAUTIFUL AND COZY CHARLOTTE HOME, BEAUTIFUL INSIDE AND OUT!
A PLACE TO RELEX AND ENJOY LIFE. LESS THAN 5 MILES FROM THE CENTER OF UPTOWN CHARLOTTE, VERY CLOSE TO THE AIRPORT, WHITE WATER CENTER, CHARLOTTE MOTOR SPEEDWAY AND CONCORD MILLS.

Welcome to The Green House Studio it is less than 5 miles from Uptown. This is an older property that displays beautiful wood floors, and a large open floor plan. We have tried to preserve the natural beauty of a house built in the 1950’s while still offering plenty of modern amenities. Very easy access from I85 and less than a 1/4 mile from the HWY. The property sits on .57 acres with a full outdoor deck and fire pit to enjoy with your family and friends. The perfect place to relax and unwind.

THE GREENHOUSE STUDIO

the location is convenient to the main interstate 85, and just mins from uptown/downtown. the home is well built, comfortable and clean. I love being in a safe environment, but with so many cameras I feel privacy is limited. dealing with celebrities and in the industry privacy is needed. Just felt someone was always watching who was coming and leaving and a couple ppl that suppose to came didn’t come due to the cameras and being watched the entire time. But the space is 5stars if you don’t mind being watched and recorded.

I was sooo pleased with the property it was definitely a home away from home!

Zarma and the host did really good ! The house is beautiful and my family and I enjoyed every bit of our stay.
