Load the dishwasher
Strip any used beds, gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
🗑️ Remove all trash from the property. Trash shoots at the end of the hallway. 🧺 Place all dirty towels and used bed sheets on top of the laundry machine.
🪪 Your personal access cards can be discarded — they are one-time use only. 🥕 Any non-perishables, fruits, or vegetables you leave behind will be gladly collected by the cleaning lady.
🚪 Ensure all windows and doors are completely closed and locked. ❄️ Set the A/C thermostat to 76°F (Cooling Mode). KEEP IT ALWAYS IN AUTO MODE
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
🚭 No-Smoking Policy Strict non-smoking unit. $500 fine + extra cleaning/ozone fees if violated. Very costly, please be careful.
No parties or events allowed. Quiet hours are 9pm–8am. Please respect neighbors and community rules.
Please keep all windows and doors closed at all times. Humidity is a big issue in South Florida and can damage the unit.

Million Dollar View

Great apartment, comfortable clean and a super view of the bay and yachts. Only issue was a refrigerator that was not cold enough even after adjusting, but there were so many options to eat out, who needs to cook! A+ experience!

Beautiful vlew from the balcony. Condo was clean and as shown in pictures. Nice to have a w/d in the condo. We were pleasantly surprised with the bed as one description said it was a queen and another said it was a king. It is indeed a comfortable king bed. Check in was a breeze and took about 2 minutes. Location is close to shopping and a variety of restaurants. The host Betsy was fantastic. Communication with requests/questions was almost instantaneous. We were very impressed overall and lucky to have found this awesome condo. Thanks again.
