Awesome location and beautiful space

We stayed for the Thanksgiving holiday and we’re in a perfect location to visit with my in-laws in Lakeland and to visit with Mickey Mouse at Disney!!! The house was spacious, clean and well appointed. Now can I mention the lanai and the pool!?? Simply awesome! The kids enjoyed the perfectly petite pool and we didn’t want to leave! The owners are super cool and communicative! Thank you!

Property needs some updating

Property needs to be updated , basic maintenance such as lighting was not 100% master bedroom had no lighting , kitchen drawers fixtures would fall on my kids feet because they were lose , basically you Pay for the house and are not able to use the garage , sliding door in master bedroom secured with tight wraps , we couldn’t use the pool heater either

Spring break 2020

Had some issues with ants, but it was clear they were trying to treat for them and they didn’t bother us. Otherwise property was very clean, had everything we needed and the pool was great. Manager was responsive to any needs we had and the neighbors were nice. Safe gated community. We would stay again.

Somewhat nice little getaway

1) Ants in kitchen- we were unable to prepare food and eat in because of this which we wanted to do. 2) Hallway bathtub drain clogged backing up at each use. 3) Appliances were dirty (Keurig coffee maker had mold in it and the blender was dirty from the last guest use) we had to go out for coffee each morning because of this. 4) If they haven’t already done so would suggest owner invest in a heating system for their pool for colder months. Water was too cold we couldn’t use the pool.

Month long stay

We enjoyed our stay! Property manager was quick responding to anything we needed. Thanks John! Evolve Vacations was excellent solving an issue we had! Thank you Rachel and Holly. We did not have access to main pool, tennis courts and club as advertised but this has been now rectified on listing. There is a very old tennis court available but is not regularly swept and kept tidy. The house itself was beautiful and exactly like pictures. Couches were comfortable and it was a big family room with a big tv. One bed was saggy and not so comfortable. We were disappointed that there was no access to the garage (we had bikes to store etc). The home did smell like moth balls. As other people have noted, there were tiny bugs so you need to make sure all food stays in fridge. The kitchen was well stocked with every thing you needed. The neighbourhood was very quiet, beautiful and had great access to many places. The pool was big and the area surrounding it was large and was thoroughly enjoyed. Nice outdoor furniture. The pool was well maintained. We would suggest perhaps a binder set up explaining how the tv system worked (so we didn't have to bother John), things to do in the area, restaurants around etc. We also would suggest putting another tv in the second bedroom for convenience. It would have been great to have access to some sort of vacuum because we were there for a longer time. Overall, it was a great experience. I do think it was a bit pricier than it should be as pool heat was extra and typically in homes in this area, there is a games room in the garage area. Would like to see discounts given for month long vacationers.

Nice house, Comfortable beds, Pool heater was left off although we requested it to be heated.

The house was nice, we went for Christmas and went to Disney most days. They had the courtesy to put up a Christmas tree for us. The house was cleanish, but it was a little dusty (especially the bathrooms) and there were tiny bugs around the sink in the kitchen, not roaches, I understand Florida and some kind of bugs usually come with the territory. There were bug traps strategically placed around the house. The biggest issue I had was we had wanted a heated pool and rented this house because we thought they were going to heat the pool, they did not heat the pool during our stay and I got a little bit of a runaround from the property manager about it when we contacted them. Finally the sliding doors did not latch, they had flimsy security bars instead of working locks, this really made me uneasy. All in all I give this property 4 stars. I would rent again if I could get guarantees that the pool would be heated when we ask.

Great place

This house was more beautiful than the pictures showed. Lisa was amazing and very attentive to all of our needs to make this trip perfect. I would DEFINITELY stay here again.
