Our beach rental was absolutely perfect for our girls’ trip! The location couldn’t have been better—just steps from the beach, making it so easy to enjoy the ocean anytime we wanted. The floor plan was spacious and well laid out, giving everyone plenty of room to relax and still come together in the common areas. The property itself was beautifully decorated and felt warm and inviting from the moment we walked in. Having a convenient store right across the street was a huge plus, and we loved how many restaurants and activities were just minutes away. Whether we wanted to explore or just relax by the beach, everything we needed was close by. This rental truly had the perfect mix of comfort, convenience, and style. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a wonderful beach getaway!

Trip to Clearwater

We had a great vacation in Clearwater. As first timers we didn’t know what to expect. The property was perfect for our family. Clean, spacious, great location to everything, great view of the canal. The kitchen had everything needed for preparing meals.Check in process was smooth, communication was great, information provided was helpful and accurate. Friends Vacation

The condo was amazing. Lots of room for us 4 adults. Really enjoyed the view from the balcony. We spent a lot of our time out there. Saw dolphins everyday and there was a manatee one day. Very walkable to everything. Check in super easy.

Well situated for beach fun. Walk to restaurants shops and bars. Spacious condo. Only thing not up to expectations was the linen. King sheets very old ," pilly "and should be upgraded.

Great first time in Clearwater

This unit was very spacious for our group of 6 adults and a 4 year old. Loved looking at the harbour while having morning coffee from the well equipped kitchen.About a 15 minute walk to pier 60 and restaurants.

Great property. Perfect for six adults. The elevator was out of order from Sunday through our departure on Wednesday. No explanation given or timeframe for repair. Inconvenient for us, but Tough if someone had a physical problem.

Perfect condo at perfect location.

Everything about our stay was perfect. Some reviews mentioned noise from a bar across the street but we honestly didn't hear a thing. Very close to great beaches and food.

Beautiful condo.3 bedrooms, 3 baths, and balcony! Only 2 complaints: Jets in jacuzzi tub needed to be cleaned with bleach and one bathroom had plumbing problems. Otherwise, a great place to stay!.

Property Manager Unreasonable

Found out two weeks before our stay my daughter has breast cancer and had to postpone our trip. Property manager would not give us a credit for future stay or even return the cleaning deposit since we were not coming to the property. Never even saw the property so property rating above are not valid

Stay Away From This One

I have rented various places through iTrip.net many times. I’ve always found them to be neat and clean and in good working condition until now. This unit was filthy when we checked in. So much dust everywhere and the floors looked like they hadn’t been swept and mopped in many weeks. In a world going through a pandemic I would’ve thought that cleaning would be a priority but I guess I was wrong! If that was the only issue I probably wouldn’t have said anything but unfortunately it wasn’t. Here’s a few other things we encountered. The dryer was broken and when we tried to use it it ruined a lot of our clothing. The ice maker on the freezer was broken and produced no ice. The handle on the toaster was broken. There was a terrible loud noise emanating from the wall over the master bed. It would stop for no more than 4 seconds and then turn on again. Also if you’re not 4 years old and would like to eat and drink from normal glass dishes I suggest you bring your own. Virtually everything was junky plastic and the nonstick surface that was coming off the frying pans would be enough to cause cancer in anyone using them. We bought a pan while there to use. If you have a little one that wants to sleep in the top bunk bed bring your own ladder, this one is broken. I called iTrip and Pinellas Vacation rentals and spoke with Mark. He started the conversation with that he was so overwhelmed with all the issues he had to take care of that he was on the verge of quitting his job. It took him over a week with many broken promises in between to get the dryer replaced. It took a few more days to fix the ice maker. He just shrugged off the fact that the place was filthy and that we had to clean it before we could even unpack. When I asked him if we would be compensated in any way for all these issues all he would tell me is that’s up to the owner and he would contact them. I text him many times after that asking what the status was on that request was but he just ignored me. What a jerk! This place could be nice if they would just take the time and money to keep it up. It’s too bad this place had these issues. It was worse that Mark was so useless.

The main problem was the elevator not working. We are 73 years old and had to carry all our things up 3 flights of stairs. We were told it would be fixed within the week but that didn’t happen. The condo itself was nice but the ice maker was broken and couldn’t be fixed and the TV sound wasn’t working but someone came and fixed that.

Beautiful property with gorgeous views to the intercoastal. The condo was extremely well equipped, there was not something we needed that we could not locate. And, its location is so close to the beach of walking distance to everything. The management team was very responsive, professional and courteous.
