Villa Oceane invites you to experience the Caribbean lifestyle at its finest, surrounded by sky and sea.

Spacious and bright, the villa features high ceilings and open living areas that create a relaxed and airy atmosphere. The large terrace, facing the ocean, is perfect for unwinding in the shade or watching the sun set over the horizon.

The pool is heated from December 15th to April 30th. Outside of this period, pool heating is optional at an additional cost of $350 per week.

The property offers four bedrooms, each with its own ensuite bathroom. Three of them are connected from the inside, making the villa particularly suitable for families with children.

Combining comfort and conviviality, Villa Oceane is ideal for families or couples traveling together. It can be rented as a 2-, 3-, or 4-bedroom villa, depending on your needs.

Located in the exclusive Terres Basses residential area, Villa Oceane offers peace and privacy while remaining close to the island’s most beautiful beaches. Just a short walk from Plum Bay Beach, and a few minutes’ drive from Long Bay and Red Bay, the villa enjoys a prime location to explore St. Martin’s stunning coastline while relaxing in an elegant and serene setting.

*This villa has 4 bedrooms and this is the 3-bedroom rate, upon arrival you can choose whichever 3 bedrooms you like and the other bedroom is simply locked off during the stay. The entire villa is still private for your group*
