Smoke Free Property! Beautiful, clean and cozy 1-BR Apt #1 in the suburbs of Pennsylvania. Less than 5 minutes from the PA turnpike and 15 minutes away from Routes 76 and 309. One block from Septa Train Station and just a few blocks from several bus stops. Walking distance to Willow Grove Park Mall, shopping and many restaurants and fast food places! It’s a 35 minutes train ride to Center City Philadelphia. Enjoy your OWN PRIVATE SPACE :) We also provide free WiFi with 50 inch Smart TV.

Our Carriage House is located in the rear or backyard of our main house!
Our private units are designed to be very simple but functional! Its located in the beautiful Philadelphia Surburbs. Our private cozy units are setup for individuals or couples only seeking a very private, quiet and peaceful place to relax and unwind! No additional guests, parties, events or gathering is allowed on the property!

You have your very own private access to your completely separate unit!

Interaction with guests:
The key to your unit is on a lockbox for your convenience! Also, we do like to greet our guest with the key when possible!

Parking is available in front of your unit or on the street! Only one vehicle is allowed per unit!

Perfect location for a family get together.

I found this perfect mini suite for myself and husband when looking for somewhere close to our daughter in Philly. Dee was a wonderful host and made sure we were all settled in and not in need of anything. The rooms were clean, and the bed looked to be quite new. The living room was a great size for the two of us. We were in and out over the course of the weekend and it was nice to be able to come back to our own space and not crowd our daughter and son in law. The reason for the visit was their baby shower, so there was other family around and with this rental no one had to be on top of anyone else. All in all a perfect trip.

Great stay

Thanks to Dee for a wonderful week. Place was spotless, parking was great, area was nice, fully stocked with all the necessities. Amazing communication from start to finish. Really enjoyed having Alexa handy!
