Or dine alfresco on the pool deck at the large table while your friends and family take a dip in the pool which serves as the perfect place to feel the warm, salty breeze. Enjoy lots of outdoor dining and shopping right on Marco Island, or visit Naples just a few minutes away. Rent a boat, wave runner, paddle board or kayak. Take a sunset cruise and watch the dolphins and manatees play. All on Marco Island! You can also rent bikes which can be delivered right to the house upon your arrival. You can hire an offshore fishing guide, or take an eco-tour or airboat ride in the Everglades only minutes from the island. Come and kick off your shoes and explore paradise. Marco Island is also less than 2 hours away from Miami, Isla Captiva, or Sanibel which are all perfect for day excursions. Residential RulesWe hope you have a wonderful time on Marco Island. We ask that you be mindful of the neighbors around you. While you are on vacation, they are full time residents, and not on vacation with you. Marco Island does have a strict noise ordinance which is in place 24 hours a day. Be aware of this. Should the police go out to the property you are renting, and a noise violation is issued, it will become your responsibility to pay it, should a fine be assessed. Fines start at 250.00, and move to 500.00, for a second visit. Also note that the "maximum occupants" per unit, is just that, the MAXIMUM. This means that no more than the maximum limit are allowed on property anytime of the day or night. You are NOT allowed guests that would exceed the maximum capacity identified by the Owners. Furthermore, there are TWO vehicles allowed per rental. No more. Parking is prohibited on the swales and can NOT obstruct sidewalks.
