Nice size yard. Clean house. Right across the street from the beach entrance. The only issue was that the AC could have worked a little better.

Miss leading as the pictures on the site showed a house and it was a small place. Hard to park a truck. Found a hair ball on a towel. Very small main shower. For close to 700 a night I would think someone would make sure to look at all the towels. Landscape was beautiful. Didn’t see a pool. Couldn’t watch espn. I don’t think place is priced right. I never complain about Vrbo’s but for the amount of money I spent, it wasn’t worth it.

There are 2 bathrooms one large with bath and shower the other bathroom is smaller shower only. The private driveway fits 2 cars comfortably. Most guest access their own aps on tv though hosts aps are provided for guest use. Will speak with maid regarding hair that was unfortunate. Vrbo puts the suggested rate not the host. Very sorry this guest did not enjoy his stay.

Excellent Location

The property was clean and the proximity to the ocean was amazing. I would stay at the location again. Though, for those like me that have a sensitive sense of smell, the house is a bit musty due to humidity levels. My husband and son did not smell a thing. I also left cupcakes in a plastic container from the store on the counter overnight and they were several ants that were inside the container the next day. Just keep your sweets in a sealed plastic bag.

I have recently had all ducts sealed around all air con vents and new ac installed. This has resolved musty smell:). I thank you for your comments.

Fantastic location

Great 2 BR fully equipped unit located 250 ft. from a wonderful clean and life-guarded beach. Unit is a coach house that is separated from a larger main house and ensures privacy and quiet. Very enjoyable stay and a wonderful host.
