Clean 3 bedroom home with 2 bathrooms and a large backyard. 10 miles from center of downtown. Washer and dryer available. Kitchen comes with refrigerator, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and stove. Dishes, cookware, towels, and linens provided. Located near the professional ballpark, ORV/snowmobile trails, and close to Interlochen Arts Festival where they have many great concerts. 20 minute drive to the National Cherry Festival. Quiet wooded area that is perfect for having a fire in the evening. Firewood provided.

Great house in a prime location

Had a little hiccup on check in but it was fixed quickly. The house is amazing and the location is perfect for getting in and out of the city. Highly recommend for a weekend getaway.

Family wedding

I came into town, with my family, for a wedding in Traverse City. The house was close enough to town, to make it easy to get around. It was far enough in the country, to be peaceful. Would definetly want to stay here again in the future.

Great location just South of Traverse City

We were in the area to attend a family event. We also visited wineries on the Mission Peninsula . This 3 bed 2 bathroom home gave us (two couples) lots of room to spread out. Very clean. So much better (and cheaper) than hotel rooms. The home had everything we needed to make meals and access to a washer and dryer is always great.

Short stay for family reunion

Colleen’s place is impeccably clean and comfortable! Beds were comfortable and the space was great for us. The outside could use a little sprucing up but it looks like maybe they’re working on that. We couldn’t find any dish towels so we went through the roll of paper towels quickly. Also if you plan on cooking/baking there was only a set of measuring spoons. Those are easy to overlook for a very clean and comfortable place!
