Your "Traverse City area" home away from home. 1100 sq. ft. 3 bedroom, 2 bath newly remodeled home on 1.5 acres. Downtown Traverse City is 10 minutes from the front door. The home is fully furnished and ready for you to enjoy. Dogs are welcome for an added pet fee of $25 per day per pet.
The space
The kitchen is fully furnished with dishes, pots, and pans. All linens are provided. There is a large flat screen TV in the living room, and in master bedroom. Wi-fi is included. The house has A/C. There is a beautiful deck that over looks the back yard.

Nice, comfortable house just 15 minutes from downtown Traverse City. Only shortcoming was the dining room table. It was a large round high-top, with only 4 chairs. It would be better if there were at least 2 more chairs to accommodate all guests in one sitting, or for games.

This was our second stay at this property, and we enjoyed it just as much as the first time. The location is perfect—outside the bustle of Traverse City, but close enough that it’s just a short drive to restaurants, shops, and activities. The beds were very comfortable, and the layout gave all of us plenty of space to relax and spread out. We look forward to coming back again!

This was a girls getaway which we are The Golden Girls 1 and this house was perfect for us plenty of room to relax and have our own space of course the table only had 4 chairs but we made it work for playing cards and games. Would stay again here

This house was just as described. It had everything we needed and was very comfortable. We were able to all have our own spaces and watch the Olympics while taking care of our beach laundry! Would definitely stay here again.

Beds were the best I’ve experienced at a vacation rental. House was clean and well stocked with consumables. Owner responded quickly to a couple of minor questions.One minor problem was that a burner on the stove didn’t ignite on its own, but we got it lit with a match, and then found a lighter in the drawer to the left of the stove.

Ladies week

We get together every year . We wanted to go to the wineries in the Mission Pointe peninsula but not stay in the city. This place was perfect. It was easy to locate, was clean and very comfortable. We would definitely recommend this property!

The Perfect Home Base For Fun

The house was extremely comfortable as were the beds. Everything was clean and well taken care of. There was a LOT of snow in the area, but the driveway and path to the house were already shoveled by the time we arrived, which was very kind of the owners to do. Would return! :)

We had a great stay at this home. I always give honest reviews and don't fluff. Here is my review-----The only drawbacks were that 2 houses across the street are abandoned and look a little sketchy and the oven had grease all over the top. We had to clean it first before using it, but the rest of the house was very clean! (I think they must have just forgot to clean the stovetop.) The beds are super comfortable, it is well stocked for cooking, and the communication was great. We would stay here again.

Girls 60th Trip

Overall, the house was just as described and very clean! It worked well for five ladies for a long weekend. Stayed Friday night thru Sunday morning. House was centrally located, not in the best neighborhood but it worked for us. One recommendation would be to have more mirrors for us to put on makeup outside the bathrooms. Beds were extremely comfortable for everyone. Amenities were just as described. Great working with the manager as well.

Shower problem

The house was very well done and provided the perfect space for my family. We were in town for a family wedding, and the location was perfect for the wedding. The only problem was the shower head fell out of the wall in the main bathroom. The home owner did communicate with us well but nothing could be done during our stay. Luckily there was a second shower, but it was inconvenient. I was told we could possibly get some compensation back, but have not as of yet.

It was ok

The house was ok. Some of the amenities that need improvement were silverware, towels, soap for the bathrooms, and better regulated heat(1 bedroom was 78 and the others were 62 this was with setting the thermostat at 68 and having all bedroom doors open). The house needs gutters or at least something over the door. It rained 2 days and it was not a fun experience to get it and out with out getting drenched.
