Fully tastefully furnished and equipped condo, living and dining rooms with beautiful views of the Caribbean Sea, balcony, laundry room, 1 bedroom with 2 twins bed, other with Queen bed and the main one with King bed an private bathroom, additional bathroom divided in two. Located in a gated community with beach, amazing gardens, a large swimming pool, grills, and 24 hour surveillance. *The gym is closed. There is a good restaurant steps away from the beach.

Since I arrived to Cancun when I was 7-year old, I have always wanted to live in front of the sea. One special feature of Amara are the beautiful gardens, I don't know other beachfront condo in Cancun with this characteristic. This property has the convenience that you don't have to get into the traffic of the hotel zone, I drive 12 minutes to my office...
What makes this property unique
I have furnished it not to rent, but to live it, everything works and is very clean. Good quality mattresses and equipment. I have live in Cancún many years and I know many attractions in the area in case you need some advice, I hopefully can help you. Special discounts for long-term rental.
