Very pleasant stay

The property was great, spacious, very good location and the best was the garden with the patio and swimming pool and magnificent view. Michael the owner was very attentive to our needs.

We enjoyed our stay at the villa, it accommodated my family very well.The villa is well eqipped and the host Michael is very attentive and responsive. You will not regret booking this villa. Beautiful place to stay

This is the way to stay in the Dominican! Great, clean home in a great neighborhood. We were about a block and a half from a beautiful beach, and the local people were super friendly. This is a safe place to stay with a grocery store within a mile. The pool and backyard flowers are just wonderful!

Great villa in great neighborhood.

Stayed twice now both times had great experience. Has nice view of mount Isabel del torres from the pool. Its at the far end of a safe tourist community so no traffic noise at night. You do probably need a car. Host was great and accommodating.

I felt at home.

I travel to Costambar frequently and was happy to find this villa. It is very clean, quiet, up to date and comfortable , not far from the beach. My stay here was three nights and I enjoyed every moment. I will be staying here again. Friendly and unforgettable.

Tranquility

Great Villa located in a quite part of Costambar. About a 8 mile walk to the beach and has nice mountain views. Beautifully design and decorated. Unlike many of the villas I have rented in Costambar it has a large covered deck enabling you to enjoy the pool with nearby shade. The villa is very clean and well maintained. Beds are very comfortable and sheet fresh and clean. All bedrooms are air conditioned and have large bathrooms. Michael and his wife are very pleasant and accommodating. Before arriving I had called Michael and explained that I would be late and that my suitcase did not make it to the DR. He purchased a toothbrush, paste and shampoo and had ready in the villa for me. ( Thank You Michael). I highly recommend this villa and the owners as well.

We planned the building for this villa over a long period in order to provide a comfortable, stylish vacation rental home for friends or families.

What makes this property unique

The villa is located just a 5 minutes walk from the beach and 1 minute from the Golf Club House and restaurant. The beautiful pool area provides a nice breeze, enough shade or sunshine depending on your wishes and a breathtaking view over the golf course to Mount Isabel. The whole interior is modern and comfortable with black out curtains in all bedrooms and comfortable bedding.
