Welcome to our beautiful three bedroom villa Ipanema located in the Roc Flamands private estate with beautiful views of the lush countryside and Caribbean sea. The beauty of Ipanema is that it is only a short walk to the stunning beach at Flamands so is really in an excellent location.

Ipanema is built on two levels and the living area is on the main level. The living area is air conditioned and also has a fantastic fully equipped kitchen for preparing all your meals. We highly recommend hiring a chef to cook for everyone which our concierge can organise for you at an additional cost. The living room is glassed in to take advantage of the view but you may also open the clear doors to let in the Caribbean breezes.

The living room also has an Apple TV along with offering french Satellite and Dish network. It has everything you need to keep up to date with sports and live TV.

There is a covered outdoor terrace with a living and dining area which is a fabulous area to sit back and relax while enjoying the view. The lower level consists of the swimming pool, heated jacuzzi and this level has partial views of Flamands Bay. The villa also has its own fitness room on the main level located in a separate bungalow at the rear of the property that can be accessed via a stone staircase.

Ipanema has three bedrooms altogether that are all air conditioned with their own bathrooms and the bedrooms have eye catching art work. There is one bedroom upstairs and the two others are on the lower level.

Two of the bedrooms at the villa have European kingsize beds with ensuite bathrooms and the third bedroom has twin beds that can also be made up as a king size bed on request. This bedroom also has its own separate bathroom.

Ipanema comes with housekeeping six days per week excluding Sundays and Public holidays. When you book this villa with Exceptional Villas, we include complimentary concierge service. Ipanema is a fantastic location with only being a short walk to the famous beach at Flamands. The villa is also only a short 10 minute drive to Gustavia and the nearest grocery store is only 3 minutes away. Gustavia is the capital of St Barths and has wonderful designer shopping and delicious restaurants and bakeries.
