I was born and raised in Manila and have been in the USA for more than 20 years now. I spent 13 years living in New York City and loved it, but when I was able to buy a property in Las Vegas, I decided to move there. I love having to renovate and make the house my home so it is a never ending project and renovation specially in the garden.
My passion is travelling and pottery. I worked as a flight attendant in NYC for 9 years and I got burnt out. Now that I have seen the world, been to places that I never imagined existed, lived in my suitcase for 9 years and literally on the plane everyday, I'm done for now. I'm thinking of going back to pottery, which is an undying passion, but for now I'm just enjoying life with my fur baby Chi Chai, she's a boxer and Great Dane mix.

Why they chose this property
I bought the property in Mandaluyong city because I wanted to go home more often to visit my family and friends, and this condo will give me a reason to do so. While I'm home in Vegas, my sister Jackie and Brother in Law, Bong, will accommodate your needs and cater to your request for a great stay. I chose Mandaluyong area because it is closest to my family's residence and is only jeepneys ride away.
What makes this property unique
The design of this condo is a collaboration of the aesthetic passion and expertise of my good friend Mr. Bernie David and is combined with my personal experiences as a host in Las Vegas. Every design is functional and practical. But comfort and convenience is always the main priority.
