Best feature of the property is its strategically located to the Sydney downtown and Circular Quay areas. Neighborhood is older but safe and clean. Unit immediate to the property is however dilapidated and unkempt. Interior is fine except carpets need to be steam cleaned free of odor and musty smell. Bathrooms are clean and refurbished. Overall stay is pleasant.
