First floor condo 55+ community, 90 day minimum stay, no smoking

View of St Lucie river, on ground floor and very close to heated pool, hardwood floors, open kitchen/living room plan. King size bed and has large closet. Quite and close to everything. Nice view of the river out the back. No smoking. This is a HMO association so we do both a criminal and background check. Guest are required to comply with all HOA regulations. There is a $100 application fee. 90 day minimum stay.

Loved the property Ralph Brothers was always available for any and all questions we had.

We loved the property and area and would definitely recommend this to our family and friends and anyone looking for a nice quiet place to relax and enjoy. Beautiful view out on the back screened in patio to enjoy the evenings. Plenty of things to do in the area.
