Updated ground floor condo in Ten Mile Island community close to Main Street in Frisco, Colorado. Frisco is ideally located near multiple Summit County ski resorts, including Copper Mountain, Breckenridge, Keystone and Arapahoe Basin, beautiful Lake Dillon, and terrific hiking and biking trails.

Our condo features two bedrooms, two full bathrooms (one in master bedroom, one hall bath), kitchen with full size appliances, living/dining room with wood-burning fireplace, and den. Sleeps six - one king bed, one queen bed, and one full sofa sleeper in den area.

Beautiful Property, loved staying here!

We loved staying at this property, was immaculate and very nicely remodeled. Excellent amenities in both the condo and complex as a whole. Easy drive to all the local ski resorts. Would highly recommend this condo and we hope we can return to stay here again!

Cozy and easy

This was Goldilocks "just right" for our quick ski weekend. Comfortable with enough room and kitchen was well appointed for a wee bit of cooking. We didn't use it but saw that the free shuttle to Breckinridge is a short walk away. Overall would definitely return!

Ground floor condo close to Main St

We enjoyed the location, being close to the rec paths for our bikes. Everything went well except that every evening, the wifi went in and out, mostly out, preventing TV watching.

We had a wonderful stay in Frisco. The condo was clean, in great shape, very comfortable and very nicely located. The owner was very easy to to work with leading up to our stay. We were very pleased with our accommodations in Frisco.

Three of my siblings and I now own and manage this condo unit. We grew up in Colorado, and are avid skiers and cyclists.

Why they chose this property

This was our family condo when growing up in Denver area. As kids, and now as parents, we learned to love the location and all the year round outdoor activities in the area.
