The house was very clean and in good shape. My one issue was, I wish the pool was cleaned before we checked in. In spite of that, our stay was very nice.

Plenty of room for the whole family. Very clean The beds were comfortable. Location was great. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you need to cook. I would definitely recommend this house if you are in the Davenport area.

The house was nice. However, the guests that stayed before us clearly had a party as there was trash in the yard as well as busted party balloons and tape that we ourselves had to clean up. We did have a couple of maintenance issues that were never resolved. Other than those things, the house was large enough for our group and there was plenty of restrooms for everyone to feel comfortable.

House is beautiful and clean. Plenty of room!! Heater never worked on the pool and the oven quit working while we were there. These are just a couple small things though. Overall great place!!

It was very dirty. The pool was filthy and not heated like we paid for. Sheets were dirty. Some beds didn’t even have sheets or blankets. Extremely disappointed considering the website described it as brand new.

Was a great location for the family to get together and relax. There was a private pool for the family to use that is heated in the winter. There is also a lazy river with a pool (extra to use). House was a perfect size! Would recommend brining your own seasoning and cookie sheet for cooking. Great location about 30-60 min to Disney/Universal depending on I-4 and time of day.

The home was in generally good shape. There were a few disappointing things. The pool was not available to heat, even though we offered to pay. We were counting on that and it said it was heated on the advertisement. The lanai was missing 3 panels on the screen ceiling. Bugs and leaves were visible. The microwave handle was burned and blistering. Towel rod fell off in one bedroom but my husband fixed it. He also fixed the faucet in kitchen because the handle was loose and he tightened it, otherwise it would not turn on and off.
