Muy mal servicio

El agua caliente solo la ponen en la mañana y si el hotel está con cierta capacidad, nos hospedamos del jueves al lunes y el jueves y lunes no hubo agua caliente claro porque ya no había tantas personas hospedes ahí, el lugar no lo asean al 100% entre un día a otro, el baño no lo lavan y no cambian sábanas, el aseo que hacen diario consta solo de tender camas, barrer y poner papel en el baño ( que por cierto el domingo ha que se habían ido algunas personas el papel que nos pusieron estaba empezado, quiero suponer que les sobro de otras habitaciones) El uso de la alberca no es es lúdico de los huéspedes, también aceptan a las personas que comen en el restaurante, y hubo un evento de ciclistas mismos que terminando de rodar se metieron a la alberca sin enjuagarse antes.

Es muy bueno

Me parece muy accesible para las familias, es muy cómodo y tranquilo el lugar, la alberca muy limpia y tibiesita el agua, es mi segunda vez que me hospedó en este lugar, lo recomiendo.

Nada que ver las fotos con lo que ofrecen

Pésimo servicio, la limpieza la realizaban a las cuatro pm, el cuarto literalmente un asco a mi hija le dio alergia y sarpullido por las sábanas mal lavadas. Lo único bueno y aparentemente limpio era la alberca lo demás un basureros, gaste dinero deoquis no cumplieron lo que el anuncio ofrece
