About this property

Your vacation spot is ready! This is a rustic, modern-designed retreat. Newly remodeled in a modern farmhouse style. The couch and bed is very comfortable and high quality.
The living space feels very open to enjoy TV: Netflix or You Tube. There’s a spacious table that’s perfect for dining or setting up a lap top.
While relaxing in the bedroom there is a door with a window. You can see a view of 50 ft green pine trees.
Bike trail, NAU, golf and wild flower walking and bike paths are all within a mile or less. Everything is New and Stylish and many details are included for your comfort.
Full size washer and dryer in a separate room.
Yard is natural and there is no fence yet.

Electric bus no 4 stops right at corner in front of house. Noise can occur but overall it is very peaceful.

Great place in Flagstaff

My wife and our dogs stayed here for a weekend, great place! Super clean, nicely decorated, fenced yard for the dogs. Host was very responsive and provided great communication. We would highly recommend anytime!

Week in Flagstaff

This duplex was great. Plenty of room for 1 or 2 and nicely decorated. Easy location to get to and close to many places. Noisy when door/windows are open. Lots of traffic on side street. Better when door closed.

Super Clean Flagstaff Rental

Great place to stay when visiting flagstaff. House has everything you could need, super clean and interior looked new. Host was great and made sure our stay was perfect. We brought our dog, enjoyed neighborhood walks, dog friendly restaurants and the gated backyard was a huge plus!

Great place to stay if you have a dog or students at the college.

This property is a 1 bedroom nicely remodeled duplex. We picked this home because Sedona was too expensive and from this home we were minutes from the 89A which takes you to Sedona . It is close to shopping and freeway access. Flagstaff has a great downtown to explore also. This home is perfect for 2 people and a pet. The yard is fenced in and there is walking trails just behind the house to take your pet on.The owners were very nice checking on us to make sure everything was to our liking. I would say the only thing we missed was TV options since we hiked all day we stayed in at night. I would go back again if we decide to go to sedona again.

Why they chose this property

I love this brick house because it is only 1-2 miles to NAU, shopping, dining and hiking.
It is on a corner lot so there is no neighbor on the east side. I feel like there is a lot of space on the property and there is a huge front area. I also was drawn to this home because the backyard faces a lot of tall pine trees. There is no houses directly behind the house.

What makes this property unique

We added a back door so you have access to the back yard from the house. There is a 4' fence in the back, also. There is an automatic light that goes on when you drive in the carport. Also, everything in the house is new. It was recently remodeled. A full size washer and dryer is in the utility room.
