The condo is gorgeously remodeled open plan with plenty of seating. The living room is stunning and offers new furniture and plenty of natural sun light. Gas fireplace and large wall mounted flat screen TV for your enjoyment. Live Edge dining table for 4 plus 2 bar stools at kitchen island. Brand new kitchen and exquisite master suite with KING bed, new plush linens and plenty of storage, TV and second vanity in the bedroom. We can accommodate a 3rd person or child with the use of inflatable mattress only (see below). Modern and stylish decor throughout. The complex has great recreation amenities such as an exercise room, year-round heated outdoor pool, sauna and a covered hot tub area. Find ample storage for ski and bike equipment in the common secure storage area off the foyer. This unit offers secure underground paid parking and WIFI. A 100% refund is provided for travellers cancelling at least 30 days before check-in. A 50% refund is provided for travellers cancelling from 14 to 29 days before check-in. No refunds are provided for travellers cancelling less than 14 days prior to check-in. Our house rules: primary renter must be 25 or older, no smoking, no parties or events, but one pet is permitted. *Please be considerate of our neighbours between the hours of 10pm-8am, otherwise fines may be charged. *Do not bring bikes, skis, boards and other large equipment into the condo - a locker and storage areas are available in parking garage *Approval for your pet must be obtained prior to booking (only one pet may stay) and an addition pet cleaning fee $50 will be applied. We had a great visit! The unit is very nice- kitchen is well stocked. Two sinks for the bathroom! The locker for ski gear in the parking garage level is very helpful. A very short walk (several paths nearby) to the slopes and to blackcomb village. Definitely would come back and stay here!

We have stayed in multiple condos in the building and this was by far the nicest and most seamless trip up we have had. Deborah was communicative and responsive, we would stay again 10/10.
This is a great place to stay in for a couple. It was modern and very clean! Love that there is another sink/vanity outside the bathroom. Nice and close to the Village also makes it perfect! Our pooch loved ot too! Would definitely stay here again.

Thank you for letting us use your condo, it was just as described. Communication with Deborah was easy and she was quick to respond with any questions. Location is about 15 min walk from village in a quiet neighborhood. Condo was very clean and comfortable for 2 adults. Would recommend!
My partner and I enjoyed our stay while visiting Whistler in Deborah's quiet, beautiful and newly renovated condo. The condo is located in an ideal location, while only being a short walk from the village, grocery store, Lost Lake trail system, and Blackcomb Mountain. Deborah was readily available as needed and had everything we needed in the condo.
Everything was top notch, though the parking situation is a bit murky. Got a ticket for charging and have no clue if it's needing to be resolved. Not an owner issue but more of a building issue.

The bed a bit on the softer side and one of the curtain strings was broken. Didn’t affect our stay. Deborah was attentive to messages and called us when we had a question about the TV and cable. Otherwise exceptionally good location and would stay here again!
Great location near Upper Village! Easy 5 minute stroll to Fairmont Hotel (Chateau). Well equipped, king size bed, A/C in living room with fans in bedroom. Pay parking. We would stay there again!

I thought I entered dates for two nights, and the $500 reflected that preconceived notion of about 170/ night. And also, I had assumed because I had entered two nights, that I was within the two night minimum stay allowed. When the email came in at noon following the first night that we had not checked out, I was obviously immediately concerned. While racing down the mtn back to get our things out, I did find out we paid 500$/ night for the stay. In my mind, we totally got taken ! Be extra careful when choosing dates and disregard the BS about average price. Aside from all that, the space was spectacular, clean and perfect really, not $500/ night perfect tho!
Great location to access the restaurants, lifts, etc. It was clean, instructions were clear, and had everything we needed to make meals and relax after riding the bike park!
