Us, the host will leave the keys and your contact with the Concierge and you can check yourselves in.

If not, we can set a meeting time to meet at the lobby and we will personally hand you the key and access card.

Guests can contact host via the application or via text/ call/ email. Host can converse well in English, Cantonese, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin (Chinese).

House Rules:
• No parties allowed
• Check-in 3:00pm - Check out 12:00pm, Keep it down after 10 p.m. (Local Time)
• No smoking allowed (RM 500 fine will be charged for violation)
• Guests will be given (1) Access Card and (1) Unit Key.
