Situated on Booner Street, you are within walking distance to restaurants, shops and the main Surf Beach.

This three-bedroom townhouse, with an open plan living area which flowing out into the fenced private garden. There is no better place than Tea Gardens/ Hawks Nest, a refreshingly clean and relaxing destination. Along with its gorgeous scenery, there is so much offered, beaches, snorkelling, land based and boat-based fishing, a beachfront 18-hole golf course, bush-walks, four-wheel drive or just relax.

This property has some comfortable features making for a great stay in the ‘Magic Square’ one of Hawks Nest, a highly desired area.

Disappointed but satisfactory

The booking process and agent communication was fantastic. Ray White are great. The online photos did not accurately reflect what was there when we arrived. It says it can sleep seven but the layout doesn’t support this. Unfortunately the place was quite dirty as generally it is a nice townhouse. With more emphasis on cleaning and appearance it would have made the stay more comfortable and enticing to return. We spent some of our holiday cleaning so hopefully the next guest had a better experience. The location is excellent. Walking distance to beach/ shops/ cafes and golf club. I don’t think it is unreasonable to expect clean accomodation upon arrival for the price. With a bit of focus on presentation this is would be worth the money. It is a decent townhouse in a good location.
